DESCRIPTION:

A step up from the Native Tuna Trail, this horse trekking adventure includes a little more adventure exploring through native bush tracks, climbing over hills and through stream crossings. Stopping to observe the fascinating long-finned eels native to New Zealand & finishing with views of the bay.

*Seasonal - December - April.

*Weight restriction - 90kg (limited availability at this weight).

 

PRICE INCLUDES:

We will provide you with Helmets and help you feel comfortable with your gear and horse. 

 

DON'T FORGET:

Please wear long pants, closed shoes, bring water & sun protection. If you join us for a windy day, don't forget to take a jacket.  

 

OUR TIPS:

Good level of fitness is required for this trail. Arrive 15minutes early, so we have plenty of time to get you comfortable with your horse. We stop to take pictures as well.
